The black paint coating on them has started to come off to show the metal below and these could have been just a slightly bit better if the end bands had a bit of rubber coating on them and Despite all this you have to consider the price at which you are buying them.

The motor is smooth and it feels very sturdy/solid. It was not difficult to put together. It has a premium feeling without the premium price. The only single complaint would be not being able to grab a tabletop direct from Primecables with the holes pre-drilled and threaded in to make table top assembly onto the desk frame a smoother process.
