I have only ever had 1 cartridge go bad, and we go through about 1 a month. it was replaced without incident, and we have stuck by this brand for every one of our brother printers.

We love these. The metal is strong and can withstand the day to day abuse of our staff. They hold up to 3 27inch with ease. The desk clip mount works far better then a stand.

Works with very thin covers. When I changed to an otterbox, it couldn't charge through it. When it does charge, it works great. Lay the phone one and boom, it starts charging.

The drums work perfectly. We have never had a problem with the moustache line of products at all. They work, and they work excellent with the brother printers. A product that works, at a great price. What more could you want?

The drum works right out of the box. No issues with a reset on the printer or any monkeying around with it. remove the old, install toner into this one and slide it in. Done, and move on to the next project.

The toners work. Period. Spend the little extra and get the ones with the chip for ease of use. I was able to get my our staff to install toner themselves using the ones with chip. We find the print to be better then with original carts.

The cables work great. Tested them compared to all our others, and they are all on par with thicker cables. These make cable management a breeze. We will be switching over to these for all out patch to switch, and server to switch cables.
