Double moniteur contre-équilibrage Ressort à gaz support de bureau support pour 17"-27" PrimeCables® - Blanc

I'm giving this 2 / 5 flags because of missed expectations. I think for the value, this is great (hence the 2 flag); however, I'm disappointed by the limited flexibility of this mount. If I have an opportunity to re-do my purchase, I would opt for 2x of the single mounts (very similar built, but would afford me more flexibility). Currently, this double mount doesn't let me position the monitors exactly how I want to position them -- if I get them side-by-side, they are too close to me. I can correct this by pushing them up a bit, but if I do that, then they're too high up. As a product, this is a quality option, but you need to know what you are buying. I dismissed comments from those that told me to buy 2x single mounts, and I'm paying the price :(. I'm unhappy with the purchase as I can't sit properly, and the monitors are too close to my seated position. On the bright side, PrimeCables and Shopper+ have absolutely phenomenal customer service. Normally, I would consider returning this purchase, but it took me about an hour to have everything set up, and I fear that dismantling this and re-building single mounts would take too much time :(. I may opt to sell off the assembled mount locally, and then re-buy another PrimeCables option, but we'll give this mount some time. A+ on the product quality A+ on built in cable management C- on the product flexibility C- on overall computing experience after install Oh, and I have 2 x 27" monitors, each weighing in at ~10.5lbs. This is very close to the upper limit of the supported weight, and it shows. I had to use a power tool to tighten the tilt adjuster as the monitors would droop slightly with the stock tightness. All this to say that if you've used a dual monitor stand like this before, you'll be happy. You'll enjoy the high quality workmanship of the materials and the lifetime warranty backing this product. If you've previously used solo monitor mounts, you'd be better off looking at other offerings from PrimeCables.

Works ok. Used it on my wall and kept getting false positives; drill holes unnecessarily. However, recently used it on a hollow ikea tabletop to look for the wooden stud reinforcements and it was able to find them 100% of the time. Very finicky, and just "ok" to have on hand. Better than nothing, but concerning when using on walls where it gives you a different reading on multiple tests.

Works great! Initially had an issue with the USB-A port on this hub and the PrimeCables team were very quick to offer an exchange. Fortunately, I was able to determine that this was a problem with my laptop, and using this hub in another USB C port worked like a charm :) Would buy again as this is one of the more economical & reliable USB C hub options available online!

A tad too light for my 10lbs cat. She's tried running her nails on it and had it tip over slightly. It scared her and since then, she has never touched it :(. But the product is high quality -- particularly love the feeling of the baseboard :)

I get about 9 channels in downtown Toronto. The antenna is high quality and works as intended. Just wish it was a little more powerful. With that said, PrimeCables has another more powerful antenna available.

Very solid mount. Works as advertised. No issue with adhering the mount to soft-touch plastic. Wish the magnet on the mount was slightly stronger since my phone has a metal back. With other mounts, my phone did not need a metal plate, but with the metal plate on this mount, it is very secure!
