You get what you pay for - there are no stabilizers under the left Shift, Backspace and Enter keys, which make pressing these not smooth, and the RGB colours are fixed as presented in the product photos (the pattern mode can be changed, but the colours themselves are fixed). Some of the switches aren't as smooth as expected, but a few extra switches are provided in the box as a bonus though. The keycaps are ok, not shiny ABS plastic, which is good. If this is your first foray into a mechanical keyboard, just know you get what you pay for with this model. Shopper+/PrimeCables customer service is A++ though - I thought the missing stabilizers was due to a manufacturing defect, but they shipped me a free replacement immediately to double-check. Even though it was the same (missing stabilizers), their customer support was amazing!

The white metal arms are heavy duty, but the black plastic cable management pieces cannot hold thicker or more stiff cables. The bottom arm part also does not rotate 360 degrees, only maybe 270 degrees, so the range of motion is a bit limiting. Otherwise, solid arm.

The metal desk mount itself is excellent quality. Very nice. The black plastic cable management slips are flimsy and unable to accommodate thicker stiff cables though.
