I wrote a previous review about the wheels not clipping into place and rated it 3 stars. I now give it 1 since I thought i fixed the problem of the wheels slipping out of place with double sided tape but i stand corrected. I will have to use caulking to get this thing sorted. I need a reliable chair and didn't receive one. To think i paid so much for this yet the wheels won't even stay in place is ridiculous. Why must i resort to fixing a problem you gave me?

I want to make note that when the chair arrived the box had a hole on the side, nevertheless the parts were okay except for 2 stings on the butt portion of the chair being undone. The major problem I had was when assembling the wheels they would continuously slip out. They wouldn't clip into place since there's a gap between the pole of the wheel and the hole it must enter. What i had to do was wrap thick double sided tape around the pole of the wheel in order to close the gap. I would send a video but they don't accept those. It's an overall good looking chair, a shame there's this defect.
