Poor customer service and policies!!! Loved the bag at first but the service disappointed me so much, Prices drop every 10-15 days but they don’t reimburse the difference as their policy is just a 7 day price difference policy! That also in store credits !!! Really?! since I liked the bag I ordered another one but received a bag that looked used and dirty which I will be returning. Any other website would be better, at least would have better return and exchange policies not a 7 day price difference policy!

So spacious! I love how it can become huge to fit all the stuff you need the other plus point is it can be worn by moms and dads both since it’s a neutral colour , you get more than what you pay for Definitely recommend.
