Seems to work ok but the documentation doesn't match. There is an extra switch on this model that looks like floppy disk symbol. Also, the images are too small to make them recognizable in the instructions.

This is an easy kit to put together and very sturdy. The only problem that we had a very heavy TV and the tilt adjustment would not hold the screen at a particular angle. It was also difficult to get at the adjustment.
