Lately this product has not performed as it has been described. It is supposed to print 2000 pages of normal letters or typing, but has now given only barely 50% of that and I always set the printer on toner save. That is my default setting. It used to be that the Moustache brand met this 2000 pages. The same with both of my printers. I have a Canon Image class laser jet & a HP laser jet. However Your service has kindly replaced the ones that run out of ink at 1000 pages. So great service but the product has become very inferior

PRICE IS GOOD BUT USED T GET MORE COPIES OUT OF THE CARTRIDGES, I HOPE THEY IMPROVE THIS. NOW GET 1000 REGULAR 8 1/2 X 11 SHEETS NOT FULL PAGES.

Dear customer, Thanks for your kindly feedback.The page yield is at 5% page coverage. Toner use is by how much toner is placed on each page printed and how many you print. Toner page yield might not be exact, even original toners will have this issue, toner can last longer by shaking it gently side to side to redistribute the toner.We have one year warranty for the compatible cartridge.please feel free to contact us if have any inquiry.

SINCE YOU HAVE CHANGED TO THIS MOUSTACHE LABEL THE YIELD OF COPYING WENT FROM AN AVERAGE OF 2000 PLUS COPIES TO BETWEEN 400 TO 600 COPIES DOING THE NORMAL COPIES. I HAVE USED THE SAME CARTRIDGES FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR YEARS AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I USED THE MOUSTACHE LABEL ON THIS COPIER. I AM HAVING THE SAME POOR RESULTS WITH MY HP LASER PRINTER WITH THE MOUSTACHE NAME. YOUR COMPANY HAS HONORED YOUR COMMITMENT WITH THE GUARANTEE WHICH IS VERY VERY COMMENDIBLE. YOUR SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY BUT YOUR SUPPLIER FOR THESE CARTRIDGES IS CHEATING ON THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCT. I AM SURE OTHER CUSTOMERS OF YOURS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS BUT THE MAJORITY OF PERSON DO NOT COMPLAIN THEY SIMPLY ACCEPT IT FOR A WHILE AND THEN FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER. I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONEL BUT THE SIMPLY SAY THEY CAN DO NOTHING AND SUGGEST I USE THE OEM AT $94.00. GO BACK TO YOUR OLD SUPPLIER AND RETURN THE YIELD AS IT STATES ON THE BOX 2000 COPIES HARVEY CHAZAN 514-738-8889
