Like the black ink, I would prefer to have the high yield cartridges. However they don’t seem to be available. Also would like to see a price drop. Otherwise good service.

I wanted the high yield cartridges but they weren’t available. I find the price for the ink is very high and wish you could lower it. I haven’t actually put them in the printer yet as I am still using the ink that came with the new printer. I have been using Brother printers for years now and have found them to be more economical than other brands in terms of ink usage, but still feel that we are being exploited. Delivery time was decent 6 days. One good thing is your point system. Thank you.

It took 2 days of messing with it before it would move up or down. My husband took it apart and reassembled it several times before it would move. It now works, but he was ready to return it, because he was so frustrated. The assembly itself is very straight forward, however getting the rods in exactly right proved to be the challenge. Now that it works, it is fine. I think the instructions need improvement.
