effective cartridge for Pixma Canon printers - shorter life than brand name colour cartridge and cost is about the same as branded because of less ink life.

have only installed the cartridge recently, will see if it lasts as long as Canon brand ink. Installed easily and had literature for use if install fails. price was reasonably below Canon but could be better for a remanufactured item

Sometimes the remanufactured cartridges won't work after 1/2 ink used; at other times cartridge just won't work at all and needs to be returned. Over the past two years I have lost the use of four cartridges, 3 colour and one black ink, all XL size.

I have returned two black ink cartridges that would not work, thank you for the credit. I then ordered a colour and a black ink cartridge neither of which worked after about 3 days - frustrated with this type of cartridge and simply threw them out. I will not be re-ordering this generic which has proven unreliable.
