My review will be in detail. 1) This is a very good solid built mount. But there are some flaws in this mount that is becoming the reason the buyer return this mount. The tilting adjustment screws are just crap. The holes pattern behind the new Tvs are mostly in the lower part of the tv so most of the weight is on the top half of the tv. And even when you fully tight those screws, The tv still keep going on tilting because of the weight balance. The screws are very thin and you tight it with the ellen key. A very small improvement can solve this issue. By just copying from a competetors mount. Same issue is with the levelling screws. 2) I am a regular buyer of Tv mounts as I am a professional Tv installer. For that reason I buy Tv mounts in bulk. I have been user of Prime cables Tv mounts for many years now. I was and still very satisfied when it comes to the price and some how the quality. But from few months i have noticed that whenever I buy the mount that is on special, it is mostly the client returned mount. Box is packed again and they put the new pack of screws in the box. There is nothing wrong selling open box products. As most of the big stores do that. But the problem is as a customer when u order a brand new mount you expect to get a brand new mount because the previous buyer already messed up the mount by over tightening the tilt control screws. And which is the main reason that client return this mount. Better if the company mention these mounts as open box products. And I believe the clients will still buy them. I hope Prime Cable will resolve these issues. A loyal customer
