This is a review of Shoppers+ customer service. Item was sold out after ordering. Received email saying my entire ordered was paid, though this item was now out of stock. If I wanted a replacement or refund to call, live chat or email within in 48 hours. I email twice saying I would wait for the item. They simply refunded the money without any further correspondence. Guessing this was the easiest route, as sending a small price item later is inefficient, even though my entire order came in four parcels on different days. To this day have not received a reply. I ended up purchasing a similar product elsewhere.

As described, though wish the cord was a couple feet longer for flexibility. Bought it to mount on the underside of sit-stand desk (works great for this). However, we are luckily that we have a very close outlet and desk can still go up and down without issue or adding another extension. Not the products fault as it is described as having a 5ft cord, just double check that is enough for you.

So far so good. Solid, heavy construction and easy to put together. Our desk is stable at the standing height we are using +/- 39". One thing I could not find pre-purchase; the control pad can be mounted anywhere, left or right, front, back. It is connected with a flexible cable wire which can easily be feed anywhere, all pictures make it look like a straight rigid connection on the right hand side.

Very solid construction, much heavy then expected. One thing to note; we had to use smaller 19" square monitors on the bottom mounts to keep the mounting post in the corner of our desk. Desk located in a corner so even 19" wide screen monitors would not fit together without to much overhanging off the side of the desk. If you are were mounting more central on your desk this would not be an issue.
