same as other review excellent value and quality produce. a bit scratchier than the sarasa, but that's only because these are .5mm while those are .7mm

not sure how effective this is, though i have successfully sharpened a couple of knives with it ... i think. it does seem to scratch the knife in places and is a bit awkward to hold. however, i am not too knowledgeable on knife sharpening so i should investigate further.
