Overall a really good chair with excellent value. Was shipped without the caster wheels but Shopper+ supported had the shipped within a two business days. The lumbar support is non-adjustable but conforms really well to the lower back. The arms pivot horizontally on its center but could be improved by moving in and out (so that you can move your elbows closer or further away from your body). Overall very happy.

Excellent quality desk; used with an Ikea tabletop. Holds a large amount of weight, and has really smooth operation with the dual motor setup. This is the first of two frames that I purchased from here and I have been using it for months now. Aside from the one small hick up of a a missing machine screw (which customer support very quickly addressed) assembly was really quick. I would totally recommend the dual motor model over the single motor one just for the smooth operation.

Overall a useful product that is very helpful. Just keep in mind that (as other reviewers mentioned) it can't hold too many cables. In my particular instance the threading assembly tool wasn't sturdy enough to manage threading my cables through the wrapping band.
