My kitten who loves to chew on everything doesn’t like it at all. It’s way too hard, not flexible at all. Make sure not to step on it!!

The last one I purchased stopped working (would spit out kibbles non stop until the bucket was empty). So far the replacement is working well, no issues as of yet. Guess the last one was just defective. ShopperPlus customer service, however, was great about the whole return process!!

Second time purchasing this wand (gotta have one on each floor!) My cat loves it, but once again, there is no bell to rattle. Really wish there was, as it would definitely catch my cat’s attention even more.

Good collar - especially for the price! The nylon is stiffer than I expected (had to bend it to keep it in a round-ish shape before putting it on my kitten). He doesn’t like it very much, but I’m sure he will get used to it in time.

Worked for the first 4 feedings and on the fifth it wouldn’t stop dispensing kibbles. The bowl completely filled to the rim and pushed kibbles off the floor. I came home to a mess and a sick cat (he has no control and over ate, hence why portion controlled feeding was important). I unplugged it, reset everything, and reprogrammed the machine. The next feeding did the exact same thing so I unplugged it and put it aside. Called to return it and will give this feeder a second try by replacing it with another one. Really hoping I won’t be disappointed with the new one and that this one was simply a “defective” one. Will write a new review once I receive and test out the replacement.

Bought this wand to replace my cats old one that lost its feathers and became too dangerous to play with. He absolutely loves it. Packaging states there is a built in rattle, yet my wand does not make any sounds🤷🏼‍♀️ Seems like the rattle was forgotten. Not the end of the world, but a bummer when he’s hiding somewhere, since he normally comes running when he hears his toy sounds.

Brush is not what I was expecting. Description states “Long bottle brush is perfect for cleaning the inside of bottles with narrow necks”. However, the base of the brush is too large (7/8” thick) to fit in the narrow neck bottles I have. This defeats the purpose of the long and thin stick the brush is attached to. Would’ve been fine without the 7/8” base.
