The Digital Battery Tester is good, but the sliding plastic lever is very loose and this makes it difficult to stay lock-in when testing a used battery.

I ordered one box containing 10 reams of this product. Unfortunately the box came damaged and was held together by polystyrene tapes. The inner wrappers were torn. Of the 10 reams ordered, 2 reams were unusable. The other 8 reams were okay and I used Scotch Tapes and masking tapes to repacked the product. When I wrote to Shopperplus, they were helpful and agreed to refund the 2 reams of unusable products. This is fair and I appreciate their efforts.

I bought these ink cartridges online and these were delivered on time and in sealed condition. I am using these as spares as my existing ink cartridges are not empty and still good. The price of those that I just bought is reasonable.

I bought the 70-piece Cordless Drill Tool Set online and it was delivered within the promised time-frame. The box arrived intact, with no damages. However, when I inspected the contents, it appears that one piece of the screwdriver-bits is missing and I am presently trying to contact PrimeCables about the missing item. The rest of the items were intact and in good condition. I love the 20V Li-ion Drill/Driver. It is good as a drill and a screw-driver.
