An adjustable bar was missing and customer services immediately offered our choice of a full refund, a complete replacement or to ship the missing bar. We got the bar in little time. Not only was this the best price I could find for what I needed, the quality seems good, firm enough to hold my weight without squishing down, but soft enough I can kneel on it even with my terribly arthritic knees. How it will hold up remains to be seen. But the BEST part of this was this company....how had I never heard of Shopper+ before?? I live in rural Nova Scotia and it was delivered in 2 days! Why does it take Amazon & Wayfair & other large online retailers weeks to get items to me?? I will definitely use this company again, I was very impressed.

The metal of the desk is absolutely beautiful, I ordered the white one as I was going for a clean minimalist look. However, I have a few gripes which other buyers should be aware of: 1) This is not a clean pure white (like the pictures show), they actually plaster their logo on the legs. If you are going for a clean look, you do not want this! They do it on both sides. 2) They clearly added the logo later, in silver paint, the one I got had a finger print smudge. Whoever added the logo clearly did not do a good job. I have attached a picture to this review. 3) If you are planning to make this work with a 59" desk, DO NOT. the hand crank does not have comfortable clearance. During cranking you will hit the desktop. You essentially have to remove the crank, reinsert it at a lower position and crank again to get your desired height. The recommendation should have been for a 58" desk. 4) The metals parts are very highquality, heavy, sturdy. The plastic crank is super cheap and light.

The mount came in 4 days after purchase. Look good, but once I mount my LG 65" on it, which is approx. 47lbs, it keep tilt to the bottom at a slight angle even I did not extend out from wall. It definitely will get worse if I get it extend. I am not sure this mount is safe if I extend it all the way out..... It is the joint, not the bracket to the wall..... That is why I can only rate 3 stars.
