Dear Sir, AS you know the Canadian Postal Service returned the item to you. They decided we had moved and that they weren't able to deliver the cable. Really unfortunate, this was our first experience ordering something other than ink for our printers and fax machine. I believe I wrote you a note at the time. How I felt about Canada Post. Since then e got the problem sorted out. But all communications from the Post office were removed from my computer??? Recently I received a letter from Canada Post asking us to pick a post office close to us where we can go and pick up any deliveries. Is that what you are paying these people to do, get the package as close as possible to our homes? Compared to United States Postal service, Canada post is bush league. We were anxious to receive the cable ordered and when we discovered it had been returned to you, we purchased locally. Perhaps sometime in the future we will have occasion to buy an item from you, I can only hope it is delivered to my home. Thank you again for your attempt to service the order, but you can hold the Canada Post responsible for not delivering the item. William Trent, skipperbill2000@yahool.ca

This product is used in a fax machine. So, it lasts a long time. I use the machine to copy and it does a wonderful job. Some one in Madrid keeps sending fax's. It usually has to do with a health claim. Wakes me up about 3 AM. Since I bought the fax to send rather than receive. I now unplug the telephone cord for the night. Great product, just about falls into the machine. 123 Ink Cartridges are prompt I use them for all my Ink needs.
