I have no complaints - I have ordered theses several times & have had NO problems at all with the black ink cartridges - they're great especially the price !!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered the color Ink and have had a problem EVERY time !!!! The first two times I emailed & you sent me a replacement which was fine except for the extra few days it took till I received a new one !! It was an inconvience not to have it working right away as I had things to print out ! This last time AGAIN it was NOT working - I did not notifiy you as I wasn't sure that you wouldn't think I was just making this up so I could get another one !!! I'm NOT sure what the problem is that you have with the color cartrdiges BUT you really need to try & figure it out !! I still do not have any color printing except for just yellow & have tried ALL the "tricks" to try & get it working but to no avail !!! I'm soooo frustrated that I am going to order a color ink from another site & see if they are any better !! I know it is a waste of my money BUT I should NOT have to contact you EVERY time to get another color ink cartridge that will work !!!!!
