I personally love it since it's not hard, but it just seems like after I got it out of its package it never expanded back to its original shape... I didn't try putting it in the dryer yet because I don't own one.

Bought this on a whim since it was inexpensive, and I'm actually really happy I did. Once out of the shipping bag it took a while for it to take its shape, like a full day, I even stepped on it to help the material spread out inside. But after that it's been so sturdy but also very comfortable, really helps my back!
