Had to purchase this new keyboard tray version so I could install it with the PrimeCables sit-stand mount which has the bar right in the middle. This keyboard tray has an extra attachment which addresses the issue that the old tray had.

I was worried when I saw the reviews about the poor instructions, perhaps they have updated the paperwork but I didn't find any issues with following the steps. It took approximately 15 minutes to assemble. You do need to be careful of the raw metal edges of the holes they you pop out though, perhaps put tape or some sort of grommet if you run cables/wires through them often.
