It should have been Model j470dw Brother LC 103 compatible ink cartridge combo high yield - 4 pack i had to go to Staples to get 1 magenta LC 103M XL I cant use the ink you sent. I gave the Serial # of the printer but that did not help.

I received my order Package # 85059404 order # 37143422 colour which is fine. I also ordered Package # 85059376 Order # 37143393 [black] which I did not receive.. It was wrongly ordered, what i should have ordered was Brother TN-660 compatible Black toner cartridge high yeild Moustache 1 pack $24.99 which I still want. Could you help me with this order. I wait your reply Bob Quinton

I received my ink for colour but did not receive the black ink. Apparently the shipper said it was all in the same package. IT WAS NOT and I am still waiting.. here are the numbers.. Package # 85059376 Order # 37143393 Package # 85059404 Order# 37143422 Needless to say I am not happy and waiting your reply.. quin79ton @telus.net
