Needed the ink quickly and got it in three days. With my wife using it to copy a lot of her school work we have gone though about half already. Cartridges go completely empty but we go though a lot of paper, exactly how much I can’t tell you. It better than going to the big box store and paying outrageous prices.

I usually have about a third of the ink left in the cartridge and my printer will not go any further says I have to change the cartridge. The other four cartridges always go to empty but it seems like these XL ones do not. But overall the price is right compared to what I would have to pay in the big box stores for the same cartridge.

Have had no problems with this brand but have been only using it awhile. 123ink has changed to this brand from the other brand that it was sending out in the orders. So far this one has been good.

I had a problem with the cartridge. After about 50 copies I got an error code for the printer to replace the cartridge as it did not recognize it and I had to go buy a new one at a local business store, the new one fixed the error code. Upon checking with the printer company website for the error code it indicated no chip on cartridge or damage chip. The chip on the cartridge appeared to be OK. Still had lots of ink in the cartridge. I have used this brand only a few times, was using another brand but has been replaced by this brand by 123 ink.

I have found that this toner cartridge last just as long and has just as good a quality print as an OEM cartridge that I have purchased from a local retail box store. Dave
