Bought it for wifey who wanted the fancy electric ones. This one works great. Run hot water from faucet first to get warm water faster. There appears to be safety feature that prevents water from being all hot. Fairly easy installation. Comes with all parts and extra rubber washers but no thread seal tape. Don't over tighten. Overtightening caused washer to get squeezed into the fitting. Had for a week and no leaks. Most difficult part was drilling holes in cabinet for hot water hose.

In South East Vancouver, get 18-20 channels when mounted in attic pointed West. About 14 channels when inside, near window. Works well. Excellent customer service. Bought two but one was damaged by UPS. Contacted seller and they shipped a new one. Thanks.

Works great. Home Mate app has Google Assistant integration and QR scan for installation that Living Wise app doesn't have. Both apps have work the same. Motion alerts are set in Security, armed/disarmed light and alarm and cam be scheduled. Can't adjust sensitivity or zones. Notification alarm sound is only on phone and not Brody on camera. Intercom is decent. Night vision is ok and may come on even when room has lights on.

Excellent value for price. Sound is decent. A little smaller than expected. I connected via Bluetooth to Google home mini. Haven't tried TF card slot. Looks like can play tracks from microSD.
