Moustache Chaise de bureau ergonomique avec appui-tête

I bought another model which was comfortable. But it was defective piece which started giving me issues. So I returned it and bought this one which was more expensive than the other one (the old model was not in stock anymore). But I am totally disappointed with this one. It is too bulky, too wide to rest arms, the shape/design is weird it does not support/touch the top part of my body except when I lean too back. It has a back cushion but the bottom part of the body is not supported properly, it is a big gap there. Until you fully lean back, your body is not supported properly, you need to stretch yourself to get support. But I did not buy this chair to sleep, I bought it for my work from home need. I just got it and tested it, but I cant sit on it and work for long I am sure. I feel it gives strain as many parts of the body are not supported (unless you are too bulky). I bought the ergonomic chair for my long time sitting and comfort and also to help my back pain. But this does not serve that purpose. the movements are smooth but the design is bad I believe. I wish I get a non-defective piece of the old model I purchased earlier, it was much more comfortable and supports around your body.

Hi I purchased this chair, it arrived today in good shape and assembly was easy. It is a very comfortable chair. But I am trying to find this product highlight you have mentioned in your website: "Built-in height adjustable lumbar support for exclusive comfort". I see this in your other models, I was specifically looking for adjustable lumbar support as I have back pain issues. By seeing the pictures I thought the adjustable lumbar support would be the portion at the bottom, behind the back rest, but it is not. You have already mentioned it in the Product Highlight of in this model in this webpage. Just wondering if it is not true.
