Pillows are great, we ordered 2 more in King format. We enjoy them, they are clumpy but comes together when your sleeping. It's comfortable and continues to last. It has not deteriorated yet. I recommend.

I've had it for 4 months. It a great design, simple, enjoy the ease of using it. All manual, so no need to worry about replacing an electronic part if the future. The delivery was quick. I'm sure the future of these products can improve with the platform design. Great price once again, after searching many places for something similar. I would rate it a 4.2.

Love this product for what it does and how it looks. Great price, great material and made well. I like the simplicity of it and the way it folds for easy storage. I've had it for 4 months and it's still going strong. Delivery was quick. I don't remember but it may have been enclosed in a plastic bag which I would like to see disappear from the shipping.

I bought these 3 months ago and they are still holding up. My wife has been working with them for at least 3 or more times per week. She says they are comfortable. She used the legs rest often enough. Fast shipping, easy to install, simple and well built. It would be nice to these chairs to tilt more. All the material seems to be of good quality. If I could use half in the rating I would vote this a 4.2. For the price and after shopping around I wasn't willing to purchase a higher-end chair. This was the best chair that I found for the price and the quality.

Besides the product being too big for our office, it came quick (especially during these times). It was a solid high quality piece. I have not used it, only tested it out on my desk. We returned the product. Customer Service replied within a day. I was unaware of the restocking fee. So I will have to be sure of my product next time. Great Price, Great Product and its a Canadian Company.
