I was disappointed in my face shield, because the band slips upward and the plastic gets finger marks easily. However, my roommate is happy enough with hers. She finds it a vast improvement over cloth or paper masks.

I've been wanting one of these plastic basins for years but couldn't bring myself to spend what most places charge for one of these. We use it as a dirty dish corral -- instead of leaving our dirty dishes on the counter, we put them in this basin. That way, if we need counter space quickly, we can just move the basin out of the kitchen until we're finished.

Another cheap and cheerful product. I have been using a plastic envelope as a mat for my cat's water dish. I can't believe how much some places charge for something so simple. This one looks nice and does the job.

This proved to be much too thick for my use -- it pushed me right to the front of my office chair, forcing me to brace myself to avoid falling out of it. However, I gave it to my roommate who uses it in an easy chair, and she finds it just right. It's very firm, with almost no give.

This mouse is every bit as good as ones that are twice the price. I used to be a devotee of Logitech mouses, but I like the glides on these Microsoft ones better. This is my second MS 1850 mouse -- the last one got cat hair caught in the wheel & I was never able to get enough of it out to make it fully functional. At $15 a pop, though, replacing it isn't a big deal.
