I have three of these units in various offices I manage. I have replaced the factory drum after pages were becoming faint. So far I have had no issue and the print quality has gone back to the dark colour of the day I first put it in use. Picked up two more to replace the other factory drums.

Very comfy chair. Easy picture instructions. The box that it was shipped in didn't really stand up to the shipping company but all parts were sealed and protected. I would suggest paying the extra money for better shipping. But for the price and comfort this chair can outbeat other ones on the market.

I buy office supplies for the office and three employees have the same printer. One had the drum replacement warning on it. Glad I bought two just in case. Slid right in with ease and no problems as of yet.

Actually haven't used it yet. i have had some difficulty setting up. The original one that this was to replace is so far still working. I will review again later! But if you are looking to purchase Shopper+ beat one box store by $60. You just need to shop here!

Always a great buy. I purchase for all of our employees and all have had rave reviews. One cheaper for three than one brand name. Two they have so far lasted longer than the brand name. Three for toners that are refurbished we haven't found a problem or dud yet.

If you do your shopping homework this printer alone is almost $100 cheaper than Staples. I have already bought one and have not had a problem yet. Just for the price alone it is worth it.

What a wonderful price. And for a pack of them. I can give one to everyone in the office and still stay within budget. Sharpie lasts long. I don't like the smell but they do the job.
