As described. Since this is a wall mountable rack, it would have been nice to have the screws with it, even though I would have used my own. Also, a page of instructions for those who are using such a product for the first time, would have been helpful.

The cable quality is great. I gave it 3/5 because the the cable I received did not match the pictures and the description: 1. The cable did not have the spline to separated the twisted pairs. 2. The white wires were plain white. No colored stripe to indicate with which wire it is paired.

Very sturdy and easy to install. The assembly instructions on the box don't match the actual instructions. The instructions on the box specify 3/8" pilot holes which are too big. The ones in the instruction manual are 1/4", which in my opinion are still big. I used smaller pilot holes. Also, the included level is inaccurate and not very helpful.
