This isn't quite plug and play as advertised, but I finally figured it out when I went back to the buy page and downloaded the driver. Once installed and following the set up instructions, it finally worked and paired my bluetooth head phones. I found that if my external speakers are plugged in to my desktop computer, the headphones are over-ridden. Once I unplugged the speaker connection, it worked well.

I finally got these connected to my notebook and then my desktop computer. The notebook has bluetooth so it paired easily and it re-connects easily. To get it to work on my notebook I had to make them the default for the speakers to be silent.The desktop connection was more challenging but it worked with a usb mini adapter. It is comfortable to wear. I like them.
