Been buying from 123Ink since 2009, great prices, super fast delivery, and no problems with cartridge compatibilty at all, I highly reccomend it, especially to those who print alot, photos, or in colour, really saved alot ! ($18.99 compared to $58.99 at Staples)

Been buying from 123Ink for 7-8 years now, love the products, and prices are the best anywhere. That being said my only complaint is that you do not have a larger pack of ink cartidges, I use alot, and the 10 pack of 'compatible' cartridges does NOT work in my brother printer (MFC-J-425-W) so that was a waste of $29.99 + shipping but the G&C are super :)

***5*** Most printer (or any type of electronics) manufacturer try to tell you that you must buy THEIR inks otherwise your printer is not 'covered' thats BS, I have been buying this ink for 5 years not a single problem with it, and for 2 different printers no less. I highly recommend it as it is much cheaper than anywhere else, including Wal-Mart or ink refills. They arrive in your mailbox the next day and if you buy under $49, shipping is $4.95 anywhere in Canada, over $49, shipping is free !

Much appreciated being able to buy a larger pack of ink at reduced rate, would definately order this size again if the price stayed at $25.95 !

as always order came fast (2 days) however had a problem with paypal (nothing to do with 123Ink) and will only use my credit card for future purchases online, paypal took more than they were supposed to from my bank account causing me NSF charges and other payments to bounce in my account. It would be very convenient if you (123Ink) had your online buying system set up to use bank cards as well as credit card, these 3rd party transactions are always more complicated and have additional fees
