Very strong chemical smell out of the box, as others have said. Hung them to air for a couple of weeks before use to get around this. Cheap like borscht!

Works much more smoothly than the 1+8GB ROM units I have bought on this site but with double the memory I would expect this. It's just a small computer and like all computers, heat is the enemy. Without an external fan or some other source of air movement, these little boxes can be quick to overheat, any time of year. I try to isolate them away from heat and sometimes even use an external fan to keep them cool. When not crashing from overheating, the device works fine.

Like this keyboard with 1 exception: It times out too quickly. I have had many bluetooth keyboards and this one has the shortest time out period by far. Then, it can take up to a minute wait before it reconnects. This can be frustrating but I have learned to touch the keyboard occasionally to keep it from timing out. At this price point, I will accept this shortcoming.

The LED light died on my first unit within the warranty period. A photo showing the kettle working without the light being lit was enough to get a free replacement shipped out. Very happy with both my purchase and after purchase customer service.
