It works fine and was easy to assemble, it also looks great. I was a little surprised that the features printed about it were false as the belonged to another product. I pointed this out but did not get any word back.

I already complained that you sent me the wrong cartridges and when I tried to sort it out I was led around like a headless chicken, telling me I had to take pictures of the problem and send them in so you could look at them and make a solution. You sent 2 black as ordered but 2 65xl instead of 61xl. I am sure you know they are useless to me. Please sort this out for me as I need the product I ordered.

I have used this product for some time and they must be good because Costco has nor refused to refill them. They claim they are not easy to do although they did lots of them before HP complained. I guess they were filling more than they were selling new ones. Yours are cheaper than theirs and costly to refill.
