Infra-red heating is outstanding and the FAN is thus far strong and quiet. The remote is very handy as I let the thermostate heat run without the flames at night and like to turn it off or on from the bed. Rear flames is a half circle (see side) which allow side viewing better. Box took a good beating but it was perfect inside still; assembly is easy with "snap legs" with optional screws. RECOMMENDED!

I won't be installing it for a couple months, but it is the "real" Brother cartridge. This is designed for their commercial grade printers and are just outstanding. Clean printing and a lifespan that actually lives up to what the box says (6000 pages). As a bonus the cost per page is very low and thus (unlike many OEM cartridges) are a great value.

I am not sure if we ever really used these. Probably sitting in a cabinet still -- so the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that the product did not excite us enough to try out.

Has worked very well. I am not sure it is as perfect as the OEM but darn close. Certainly worth the saving. I have noticed the quality of output seems to improve as you use these drums, don't know why but they seem to settle in very well.

The supplier of these units seems to change, I assume for better quality and value -- most work flawlessly, but occasionally -- say 1 in 5 -- the machine does not like it and we have to figure out how to manually reset the counter. This is rare, and the cost is so reasonable it is not worth worrying about. I believe their new supplier is working well again.

I have used many of these cartridges in two different models and found them just terrific. On exception was when the "spring held" protruding pin had lost its spring. Not worth returning - and that represented maybe 1 in 30 units. Ink last as said - at least as long as OEM, install is easy (machine accepts just fine) and the cost is 1/4. 123 delivers etc top rate and they do give advice and support very well. I was a staunch OEM person but have been very happy with - what I consider - superior to OEM product in this case.

TN360 Price, lifespan, easy snap in (exact fit), excellent service. none The cartridge actually looks different then the original, but snaps in more perfectly then the darn original. Superior to the original spec units which ran out far too quickly.
