On the whole the chair is just average as a lot of minor things come up only when you use it. A small thing is the arm rest that don't stay locked as far as lateral move is concerned. Another thing is the lower back support that cannot be adjusted. Even the upper main back of the chair cannot be adjusted as much as one would like to
