First time that I had difficulty inserting the cartridge....extremely tight and hard to get in and remove.

I have used this product with the other ink that is part of the valu package and for several years it has provided excellent results not to mention how money saving it has been for my wallet. Being retired it is wonderful that us seniors have a;n outlet that provides for our needs and so every one can truly benefit from this site and the products it advertises. One happy customer!!!!!!!

disappointed that I could not be reimbursed or credited for black friday sale price difference on purchase of 2 value packs only a week before the sale began and request made 10 days after order made. I would have thought they would have known of the sale price and offered the same to me! Ink is fine and the value pack customer friendly! ed of Ridgetown ON. Canada
