Just received it last week. So far I love it. Canister holding the shredded paper pulls out so nicely. The "micro-cut" shredding of paper is great. Makes nice confetti :) Haven't tried the CD or business card yet sections. Low noise. Wish the switching panel (on-off) was smoother. Seems cheap. Only noticed the continuous shred & cooling time after I ordered it. Wish it was longer for shredding & much, much shorter for cooling, not 1 hr.

Shipping was fast. Unit is quite sturdy. When configured differently from the picture on the site, I ended up with extra pieces that I could make at least 2- 3 more 14"x14"x14" cubicles BUT there are no extra pieces to join them together. Also, there are some plastic pieces with small magnets in them & I have NO IDEA where they go, so didn't use them. Instructions could be clearer but I do love the unit except for these small glitches. Would be nice if instructions were clearer as I saw quite a few comments about that.

The brush looks a lot bigger on the web site & when I received it, I was disappointed that it was so small. I have a Belgian Sheperd/Collie mix with long hair & when I tried it out, I have to say, it's the best brush that I ever had. My dog looks so groomed, it's amazing!
