I bought a pair of these 2 years ago from amazon.ca cost me 12.99 no shipping charges. got them in a couple of days. a year later, bought another pair because I liked them so much. Again bought from amazon.ca 12.99. recieved it within a couple of days. I went to buy another pair from amazon.ca and they no longer had my size. I searched for another source and primecables.ca had them at 16.49 + 7.99 shipping through fedex. I liked the gloves so much I was willing to pay the extra. I paid on the 3rd of June 2021. It is now July 8 2021 and I still have no gloves. Fed ex has my 7.99, Shopper+ plus haws my 16.49 but I have no gloves. Customer service at shopper+ is appalling. Fed ex can't even come close to what amazon does so why do they bother trying. Shopper+ customer service should have sent a new pair the minute Fed ex told them they lost the package. Fed ex claims to have delieered it and that is emphatically wrong as my cameras did not see any fed ex deliveries that day, I did get 2 deliveries from Intelcom, Amazon's delivery service. Shopper+ (jeremy) emailed me the 10 of June FULLY AWARE the package was lost. He emailed me again on the 14 again.... FULLY AWARE my package is lost. And then NOTHING...... I had to email back on the 30th ....... since my email.... still no response...... Shopper+ is NO AMAZON If you can choose other than Shopper+ I strongly suggest it. I even went as far as calling to ask for a supervisor today (JULY 8) and STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.
