The pump itself works well enough, but, the foaming action seems to make the soap very watery (have tried different types of soap and combinations), and changing the batteries is very difficult. I have wasted 3 rechargeable already as I had to use a screw driver to dig them out... I have tried 3 different brands of rechargeable, and 1 set of normal, and all 4 had this issue. Very annoying to have to swap batteries and using a screw driver to do it..

This is a terrific massage pillow. I've used it for about 30 minutes today (received today), and it has helped my neck, and lower back a fair bit. Cheaper than other places, and good quality. Highly recommended!
