Great pump! This is the second time I purchased it. I like that the batteries are easily accessible from the back (you don’t have to put them from the bottom of the pump while trying not to spill the soap from the top!). I also like the battery life - they last more than a year of daily use. I’ll buy more as the soap pumps I currently have (different design and different brand) are reaching the end of their life and will need to be replaced.

The boom arm is nice and works as expected. Three things which can be improved are: the arms should be longer, there should be pads on both sides of the bracket which attaches the arm and the fit in the bracket should be tighter so the arm wobbles less when it is moved.

Very nice soap pump. It looks sturdy and does it’s job very well! It works with regular liquid soap (I tried both Method and simplehuman soaps) and it is a very nice alternative for to the far more expensive pumps from other manufactures. I see couple of things which could be better, though: the turn-on switch is on the same knob which is used to adjust the soap quantity. Although this brings fond memories of the portable radios from 40 years ago, for a soap dispenser it would be better if the two were separate, especially when using different soaps which require adjustments to the quantity being dispensed. It would also be better if the adjustments of the soap quantity weren’t so finely-grained. I also have sone aesthetic comments about the pump, but none of them are a big deal: overall bulky and rough design; the light is too bright and it is at the front of the pump, which makes it less visible and the blue LED is a bit too bright and annoying (it’s both the colour and the brightness).

The KN95 masks shown on the picture aren’t the ones that were shipped. The masks shipped were different KN95 masks which look like a beak and don’t fit well. The rest of the items are OK.
