Isn't too bad, but is quite "flimsy" and requires a strong "push" to have the cutters penetrate the paper.

I was looking for a reasonable cost refill for a Schaefer pen. On paper, it looked like it may work (with a little modification) but it turned out to too short. I'll be able to use it somewhere along the line.
