Besides the error message I get from HP when I install these, I can't notice the difference between these and the name brand cartridges.

I like that the colour isn't too dark for any of the shades, like some of the colours in other multipacks, so you can easily read words under the highlighting.

Much better value than HP cartridges! I didn't read the instructions, and pulled out the chip by accident. I was able to get it back together, and now works perfectly in my printer. I did get a message saying it was a non-HP cartridge, and worried it wouldn't work, but there seems to be no issues and I can't notice any difference in quality.

I like the height, as it put my laptop at a good angle for video calls. I have a logi keyboard with a number pad, and the riser is large enough that I can store the keyboard underneath. The plastic feels a little cheap and the drawer doesn't glide very well, but I don't really use the drawer, so doesn't impact my use.

Decent quality. Design was exactly as expected. I was hoping to have an extra key cut, but they use a rare type of lock, so I can't get a copy cut locally. It would be nice if we could order extra keys (either from shopper plus or direct from the manufacturer).
