Great product at a great price. Setting up the wall mount requires grade 12> skills. I suggest using a piece of paper to trace the position of the holes on the mount so that you can print those on the wall as well. There was a bit of axial twist that I had to correct before installing the TV. Moving my 50" tv is not easy, but this wall mount is not meant for regular adjustment.

The product is small and it collapses when cut with teeth. My fault for not realizing its a thinner product than what I was expecting. Unbeatable price. I wish refills were more common as buying the full ensemble is an environmental waste of plastic.

I hesitated at first when purchasing this item. I wasn't sure if it was going to be better than an old, wasted cardboard I placed under my feet. Turns out it was urgently needed, I just didn't knew better. Will get another one once the go on sale again.

Worked for less than year, then broke. I used it to plug my phone/tablet every night. Unfortunately the micro usb hooks broke and It would just provide a loose contact. It is worth the price, and I would purchase again when on sale. Just don't expect to last five years with it.

I don't like the keypads, they are too shallow and provide poor feedback, so you have to relay on the screen for confirmation of input. The feeling that I have a cheap remote is unavoidable. It is definitely a functional and affordable product. Fast, responsive and compatible with Win 10.

Great product at an excellent price. I would advice the marketing department to have a warm and lumens gradient on the webpage so users can compare the specific characteristics of the bulbs and make educated purchases.
