I bought this chair thinking that the quality would be great and boy was I wrong. First of all, there is insufficient padding; it feels like your sitting in some cloth with a metal frame. I even added a memory foam coushin and that didn't help much. Secondly, the height of the chair would constantly go up over time; I would set it lower and when I came back to it the next day, the height of the chair would be higher. I know it is higher because I have the height of the chair at a height so that arm rests are lower than the height of the table. When I come back to it, the arm rests would be the same height as the table and not allow me to get closer to my table because the arm rests would bang into my table. Lastly, the return policy doesn't allow for those who have a defective unit (like the one I have) to return easily. To elaborate, you need to have ALL original parts such as the box, packaging, etc. Essentially, you need everything it came in and if you're someone like me who is having issues 1-2 weeks after you start using the product, you won't keep all of the original packing and box, thus making it impossible to return. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and the policy that basically doesn't allow me to return a product that is defective. Will make sure I do not make another purchase like this from here to ensure that I don't receive defective items and then I'm stuck with them.
