Had issue with the first one but replacement works flawlessly, replacement was also an easy process. Brighter than expected, which is great, with the option to adjust brightness. Best of all it saves the last colour chosen.

Dead on arrival. No option for return/replacement. Reached out second time at time of leaving this review to see if I will receive response.

Does not start up half the time and the app store does not even have Disney+. Contacted customer service after I had repackaged it up for refund and was told I had to submit a video with it malfunctioning. I have tried several times but do not have time to keep power cycling until it fails as the start up is so slow. Will probably just toss it.
