READ the fine print - I didn't, so wasted my money as product NOT returnable. Product NOT compatible with any version of Windows sold since 2009 (Win7, Win8, Win10, Win11). Who would expect a product to be sold that works ONLY with versions of Windows that were End of Life in April 2014 and earlier?

Bought 3 of these 18 months ago - all three now have problems. The best one charges well on 1 port but takes 20 hrs to charge on the other port instead of 1.75 hrs; another one used to work but after 17 months it began charging slowly on both ports; the worst one, after just 5 months, charged so slowly that it cannot keep a reasonably good battery (that works fine with the OEM charger) charged up while operating - the battery runs down so I have to use the factory charger. Save your money - buy a 6-block & use your OEM chargers.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!. Bought it to improve reception from a station only 7 km away from our home. Did NOTHING at all. Garbage. Was busy all summer so did not try it until today - "HSTBWGYMAYBH" (How Sad, Too Bad, We've Got Your Money And You've Been Had)
