Immediately after placing this order i had called you to ship it by Canada Post, I also sent you an e-mail, but it was ignored, I stayed home but it was not delivered by Fedex until the following day, I had placed a notice on my apartment door to knock very loud on the door but it was not done, when I checked later the package had been opened by someone, luckily the contents were not removed, why is it so difficult to listen to my request to send it by Canada post ?

Please take note that on future orders please ship by Canada Post, my last order was shipped by Fedex while I had requested to ship it by Canada Post and you read my e-mail too late, I lost 2 days of work waiting for the package Thank you Rene Grin

The only thing I request is to send any orders by Canada Post which you have already done, please do not send by Fedex

It is always fast delivery but please do not send any future orders by FedEx, instead send it by Canada Post as you did before, the FedEx timeslot for delivery was not accurate.

unable to remove the film in the toner completely. the printer does print but not the desired darkness of black
