Sturdy pieces and easy to put together. Everything lines up properly when assembling. The high seat back is nice and headrest is comfortable and fold up arms are a nice touch when parking it under the work desk. I've seen more expensive chairs that didn't deserve the price tag. This one is was worth the purchase.

The Power Bank came holding a half charge. It would not accept a charge and has not worked since the half charge was drained. I would not recommend this for any reason again. But the Prime Lightening cable was totally great. The rating for the power bank is 1. The Lightening Cable is 5

I'm using an HP Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus. I have replaced the OEM HP Black and Cyan cartridges so far. The BLACK REMANUFACTURED cartridge appears in the 'Ink Level's dialogue box showing the proper 'ink level' indication and NO alert that it is an 'unidentified' cartridge. The Cyan cartridge appears in the 'ink level' dialogue box showing the proper 'ink level' indication, but this cartridge DOES give an alert that it is an 'unidentified' cartridge. With the Black REMANUFACTURED cartridge I have occasionally noticed very small (very minor) bits of ink smudging on a few letters here and there on the very outside margins of a printed document. I used the 'print head cleaning' function on the printer and I found that I needed to use the '2nd level' of print head cleaning to eliminate the problem. I appears that a regular weekly cleaning would be recommended as 'routine' maintenance. I am happy to provide you with review information of products but it would be nice if you would reply to customer reviews to let us know who looks at this information. (Matthew Maisonneuve) The CYAN has not shown any detectable problems of that nature so far.

If I'm not mistaken, I use these cartridges in a Brother MFC 495 Fax/Copier/Printer/Scanner which we use in our Transit Driver's Union office at Burnaby Transit Centre. I selected these for a test since they were NEW Compatible and not the usual 'REMANUFACTURED' cartridges. They have exceeded my expectations. They are easy to install and most importantly, there is none of the 'smudging' or ink leak that comes with cheaply made cartidges. Print quality is 'high'. The only problem which is common to most printers is that the OEM cartridges register ink level more accurately. On our Brother 495 I noticed we lacked the 'black' when printing a colour copy. I used the 'printer cleaning' option thinking it was dirty. After the cleaning was done the printer told me I was out of Black Ink. I replace the Black and everything was fine. As long as a customer knows that lack of ink may be an empty cartridge, or just a dirty print head and knows 'how' to determine if it is ink level, then there is no issue. That is the only information I'd have ready to provide anyone calling into Customer Service. OEM printer manufacturers do not always provide ink level information when using 'compatible' after market products but that is something that anyone can easily work around. As for 'colour' quality. It is not OEM standard but so close that you won't notice once you starty using these 'New Compatible' cartridges. If I was applying a '5 Star' rating to this product I'd rate it as '4 Stars' out of 5.
