They are good and lightweight, but out of the many I have purchased a few had had the ends stop working. Customer support has been very good about it, but thought i'd mention that.

I have used about 15 of these in my office, there are excellent. I do wish there were a version with USB fast charging ports, but at the price point, it is excellent.

PrimeCables® Adaptateur mini Displayport vers HDMI & VGA - 4K@30HZ

It is an affordable adapter on its own. However, it did not work as I understood. it only works with one out put at a time. So either HDMI or VGA. Unless I misunderstood the function of the device, I would not recommend it.
