One of the wire came with a broken bonding to the base. I did not think it has broken during transit as this rack was well packed in a product box and with a bubble wrap inside the outer cardboard box. It will be too much trouble for me to pack and send back to apply for a refund. Any discount credit given to me for such a defect ? Refer to picture attached. If no such a defect, I would have liked it a lot better and would have given a 4 stars instead of current rating of 2 stars.
